  • Where are you based?
    We are primarily based in the midlands. We cover Birmingham and surrounding areas including areas within Warwickshire, Staffordshire, and Worcestershire.
  • My property is outside the midlands, can you still help?
    Of course! We do work for private clients outside our covered area on a per job basis. Please note that there will be an extra cost incurred depending on how far out you are based. If you are outside the midlands but still would like our services, just get in touch and we'll go over the rest.
  • Do you only work on residential spaces?
    At this moment in time, residentials are our bread and butter. However, we are taking on more and more commercial work to expand our reach. If you'd like us to market your business, educational institute, commercial space etc, just drop us an email - we'll see what we can do!
  • How quick is your turnaround?
    We work on a 48 hour turnaround as standard so please do keep this in mind and book accordingly. If some cases this could take longer depending on the size of the property or the complexity of the job at hand. If you have a strict deadline, please let us know in the notes section when creating a booking.
  • What if I need to cancel/rearrange a booking?
    Please call our telephone number as soon as possible. The earlier we find out the better and it lets you avoid any unnecessary charges for a no show (we tend to avoid these charges but for repeat no-show instances we might charge to reimburse our photographers for travel expenses).
  • Why should I choose you?
    Why not! We offer a high standard of work using the latest gadgets on the market and no corners cut. We have exceptional attention to detail and will go above and beyond to make sure you are more than happy with the end result. All this for a very competitive price - what's not to like! We are always expanding our client base and would love to show you why our existing clients love what we do.   • What if I'm not happy with your work?
    Not to worry! Please get in touch and we'll do everything we can to set it right. Our clients are at the heart of our business and we would hate to leave a client feeling dissapointed. If you are still not satisfied with our work after amendments, we can look to offer a partial refund.
  • What packages do you offer?
    We currently have 6 packages that we offer: Standard - Essential for all properties 3D Standalone - Ideal for the lettings market 3D Combo - Ideal for the sales market The Showcase - Package built around a video showcase Virtual staging - Package built to offer virtual staging at a cost effective price 360° Package - A huge package with the best of what we have to offer - for that signature property.   • Why should I chose a package?
    Packages are a cost effective solution for estate agents who can save costs on marketing based on economies of scale. For example, If the majority of your portfolio requires floor plans, photography, and matterport tours, we can offer a package and a cheaper price to cater to your portfolio.   • Can I change/choose what's included in your packages?
    Yes you can. If you have a specific list of services you require, we can discuss this with you and come up with a packaged price accordingly.
  • How much do you charge?
    Our pricing varies primarily on the size of the property (This is why we ask for property size in our bookings form). Pricing can also vary depending on add-on services and extras, or if your property is outside the area we cover. Please get in touch and we can discuss a pricing structure or package that you'll be more than happy with!
  • How are you able to keep costs lower than your competitors?
    Simple - we have a very small team and very minimal overheads because we take advantage of the latest technologies and software. This allows us to deliver an exceptional service without comprimise, and at scale. Most importantly, we love what we do so we don't mind charging a little less to still be able to bring the best service possible for our clients.
  • Will there be hidden fees?
    Not at all! There are only add-on services that can bring up the total cost of the project - these are all optional and we will explain everything before commencing any work with you. If there are any exceptional circumstances such as larger properties, commercial spaces or properties outside the area we cover, we will let you know about these charges upfront.
  • How do I pay?
    We will provide you with an invoice after each job. You can chose to either pay us via bank transfer or follow the secure payment portal which will be present on every invoice for easy payments. Please note all invoices have to be cleared within 30 days. If you have specific payment or invoicing requirements, please let us know.
  • What is Matterport?
    Matterport is the largest and most sophisticated service provider for 3D 360° Tours. Their API allows for a very clean and polished experience and a heap of additional features. We use the latest Matterport Pro2 3D Camera to scan your property in complete 3D and the end result simply speaks for itself!
  • What is a Dollhouse / dollhouse view?
    The 'Dollhouse' is a term used to describe the expanded view of a given 3D space; in the view reminiscent of an actual dollhouse. You can move around the dollhouse, zoom in and out, even view each floor individually. This revolutionary feature is the 'wow' factor missing from the majority of listings and can really help market and view your property from a completely new perspective. Please look through our Matterport showcase for examples of the dollhouse in action.
  • Why should I get a 3D tour?
    After the recent pandemic, the place for a virtual tour has been set in stone, and agents across the world have leveraged these tours to offer a new experience to otherwise the same old and outdated listings. These tours have helped our clients secure quicker sales and also save wasted time on viewings with uninterested individuals. Essentially, as an agent, you save time and subsequently money on each property, and as a buyer/viewer you have a much greater understanding of the property. Not to mention the cool factor! It's truly a win/win! Don't believe us? We offer analytical reports every month for you to see how well these tours perform including how long users are using the tour and a breakdown of individual users vs total views. You can even see where the viewers are coming from to see which CMS platform is performing best.
  • 3D tour vs 360° album - What's the difference?
    A 3D tour, as the name suggests, scans your space in full 3D and lets us create a feature-packed Matterport tour. This tour looks and feels more premium and offers various useful features such as: - Accurately measuring any space within the property, anywhere, anytime. - Dollhouse view and virtual video walkthrough - Photo export at full 4k resolution - A true 'walkthrough' experience and sense of space - A very speedy turnaround - Ability to create floor plans directly from the 3D scan - This means we spend less time at your property and have a more accurate end result On the other hand, 360° albums offer a cheaper alternative as they are 360° photographs stitched together to provide a similar virtual tour experience. The quality of the actual scans remains as high quality as our Matterport tours, just without any of the 3D and measurement features listed above. We recommend this service primarily for use in lettings.
  • Can I describe or label parts of a 3D tour?
    Yes! Let us know elements of the tour that you would like to be labelled, perhaps you'd like to let viewers know certain furniture will be added/removed or you'd like to describe some of the history behind the property. We call these labels 'Mattertags', examples of which can be found in our Matterport showcase.
  • Can I have my own branding on the tour?
    Definitely! Unlike other matterport service providers, we provide an add-on overlay as standard on all of our 3D tours. This includes a header in your own colour scheme and branding, google maps integration, and direct contact links to you. Examples of these overlays can be found in our Matterport showcase.
  • Can I use these tours for CAD/3D Modelling?
    We can export these tours for you into industry standard OBJ files containing both the 3D mesh and textures from your scanned space. If you are using the 3D data for modelling, you can also retrieve a coloured point cloud directly generated from your 2D / 3D data. We do charge a fee for this service.
  • Can I host the tour myself?
    360° albums, yes. 3D Matterport tours, no - and that wouldn't be the best solution either. 3D tours are very substantial files and resource intensive; hosting them on your own webserver can lead to bandwidth issues and latency fallout. This means the tours might be slower and more importantly, will cost you more than it's worth to keep them up and maintained. By hosting your virtual tour with us you benefit from a fully managed and de-centralised cloud environment, frequent server performance/security updates, efficient deployment, and better support. Not to mention hosting is free for 3 months on every 3D tour as standard*. Additional months can be purchased at any point, for a very reasonable price. Say you've got a property you let out this year for a short-term let. If you require the same tour for marketing next year, just let us know and we'll get it back up for another 3 months. *Hosting for 360° albums is completely free for an unlimited period of time.
  • Can you blur out personal information on the tours?
    Yes of course! We understand a 3D tour can be quite intrusive as it captures everything visible to the camera. We can blur out any picture frames, notes, passwords or identifying information you may have lying around or forgotten to remove before scanning. We can even blur out license plates on cars around your property.
  • How long does it take?
    A 360° Album can take anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour to capture depending on the size of the property. A 3D tour will take longer, anywhere from 1-2 hours depending on the size of the property. For spaces with a very large footprint, this can take longer. Please ensure you provide enough time for us to complete the tour in its entirety.
  • How do I prepare for a 3D tour?
    Before we head down to your property to do a 3D scan, please make sure the property is clean and free of clutter. Anything unnecessary should be removed or out of sight. Remember the camera can see in full 360° so please check that all sides of the room(s) are clean. Please keep all of your lights on during the tour (it looks great for the scan, and can help avoid any discrepancy in lighting between each scan). Also please remember to hide or remove any personal or sensitive information out of sight prior to the scan. There are a few more checks to keep in mind but don't worry! We will provide you with a complete checklist on how to prepare when you book in with us.
  • How do I upload a virtual tour to my CMS platform? (eg. Rightmove)
    When adding marketing material such as photography, you should find a section nearby for 'Additional Media'. This will prompt you for a URL and Caption. Copy and paste the URL we provide you for the tour and that's about it! Don't forget to label your property correctly so viewers know online viewing is available on your property.
  • Can you capture outdoor spaces?
    Due to the nature of a 3D scan, we don't recommend scanning an outdoor space in 3D as the lack of a ceiling and bright sunlight leads to an undesirable 3D twin. However, we can capture outdoor spaces as a 360° photograph, which can directly be integrated within the main 3D tour. This allows us to capture gardens, outhouses, driveways, etc without hassle.
  • How will I receive my order?
    We will send across a URL link to you via email once everything is ready. All of your work will be stored on our servers and accessible by you at any time. From there you can either download* all the marketing material or find any amended versions / revisions. If you have not received your email within 48 hours, please get in touch. (Don't forget to check your spam folders too!) *Please note Matterport tours cannot be downloaded. Further details in Matterport FAQ.
  • What equiment do you use?
    We work with industry leading hardware and software partners such as Matterport, DJI and Canon. Our stabilising gimbals and drones are from DJI, our 3D 360 Camera is from Matterport which includes top of the range LiDar and depth sensors for a scan accurate to 98%. We use the Adobe suite and a selection of additional software services for our digital editing and compilation services.
  • Do I own the rights to marketing material I've paid for?
    Yes! All of the paid work we do is for you to use as you wish, for any given use. You own the rights to it and don't have to give us any endorsement (Although it would help us if you can!). Please note that we do use some of the work we do for you in our own marketing material and showcase. If you would like your property to be excluded from this marketing, please let us know.
  • Can I join your team?
    Although we're not hiring at the moment, we are still open to applications and would love to know what you have to offer. We will be expanding our team if/when demand increases or when we choose to expand into other areas around the UK so we'll keep your CV on hand and let you know when these opportunities arise.
